OGR Material Transfer Agreement
Materials requested from the Ocean Genome Resource will be supplied to qualified researchers under the OGR Material Transfer Agreement (MTA). This MTA authorizes non-commercial use of the provided materials but does not transfer any rights to the material, its derivatives or intellectual property derived there from.
